The tax calculator is meant to help estimate taxes based on selling prices. Please note however that you need to contact the PVA Office at 606-348-6621 to make sure what assessment the taxes will be based upon for the year. If our assessments are already certified,  then the selling price assessment will not take effect until the future year.

The 2011 tax rates have NOT been set by the taxing districts within the county and these are the 2010 tax amounts. These amounts will not include the fire protection acres but will give you a good estimate of your taxes if you know your assessed value. Make sure you select the correct taxing district (Wayne County).
